1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using xAI Today (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Editorial Nature
xAI Today publishes commentary, analysis, and reporting on artificial intelligence, robotics, and adjacent topics. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be construed as, investment, legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
3. Licence to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and read the Site for personal, non-commercial use. All content remains the property of xAI Today or its licensors.
4. Restrictions
You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission; (b) scrape, mine, or use automated tools beyond reasonable RSS / search-engine indexing; (c) attempt to bypass security, paywalls, or access controls; (d) use the Site to train machine-learning models without express written permission; (e) misrepresent xAI Today content as your own.
5. User Submissions
If you submit content (comments, tips, contact messages), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, edit, and publish it. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Content
The Site includes quotations, embedded videos (e.g., YouTube), images licensed from third parties, and links to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content. Use of such content is at your own risk and subject to its own terms.
7. Advertising
The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense, Meta, and other partners. We do not endorse advertisers or their products. Click-throughs and conversions are between you and the advertiser.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, xAI TODAY AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless xAI Today, its officers, employees, and contributors from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's jurisdiction without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
